We are the leader in the North West Region for property investment. When we started Managed by Kate in 2018, we were welcomed by Investors across the board.
Not only can we assist you with knowledge on multiple locations and rental appraisals when you are deciding on purchasing an investment property, we can seamlessly then manage that property and also eventually on-sell that investment to our database/CRM of investors when it comes time for you to sell. That is right, one point of contact for the entire investing journey.
